CHOOSE YOUR BACKGROUND
Refer to the background charts in the listing photos and select C1, C2, C3, C4, or C5. Use the chart for your chosen shape to see how the background fits the heart or round design.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Select your preferred shape and size.
2. Choose your background: C1–C5.
3. Enter your pet’s name exactly as you would like it to appear.
4. Upload a clear photo in the Pet’s Photo field under personalization.
5. Add the item to your cart and complete checkout.
If the upload option is unavailable, send your photo through Etsy Messages after placing your order. For multiple pieces with different pets or names, add each item separately.
PHOTO TIPS
Choose a well-lit photo with your pet’s face in focus and fully visible. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, or photos that crop out the ears or other distinctive features.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Each piece is personalized to order. Please refer to the listing and checkout for current processing times and estimated delivery dates. Processing time covers preparation before dispatch; shipping takes additional time.
CARE
Handle the glass gently and wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and impacts that could damage the surface or edges.
