HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your preferred shape and size.
2. Select your background design
3. Enter your pet’s name exactly as you would like it to appear.
4. Upload your pet’s photo in the Pet Photo field under personalization.
5. Add the item to your cart and complete checkout.

If the photo upload option is unavailable, send your photo through Etsy Messages after placing your order. For multiple pieces with different portraits or names, add each item separately.

CHOOSING YOUR PHOTO

Use a clear, well-lit photo with your pet’s face fully visible. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, or photos that crop out the ears or other important features.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Each piece is personalized to order. Please refer to the listing and checkout for current processing times and estimated delivery dates. Processing time covers preparation before dispatch; shipping takes additional time.

CARE

Handle the glass gently and wipe carefully with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid dropping the piece or using abrasive cleaners.

How to order?

Can I change my shipping address or design options after placing an order?

Yes, within the first 24hours since the order was placed, you can change your shipping address or options (size, color, quotes....) by yourself.
After that timeframe, please contact us via live chat so we can check it for you, as we can not guarantee that it can still be edited.
Please keep in mind that any edit request after 24 hours upon approval of the order will no longer be allowed.

Why does my tracking number not work?

The tracking's usually updated within 1-2 business days. However, sometimes, Postal workers may skip package scanning because of network failure or overload during sale seasons. We've had many cases where the packages weren't scanned by local Post Offices, but still arrived on time.
If it's not updated in the next few days, we advise you to contact the shipping carrier to get an accurate delivery time frame.

Why are my items shipped separately?

If your order contains a variety of products, your items may be split up during the manufacturing process which leads to separate shipments. (Rest assured that you’re only charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order during checkout).
You will receive a shipping notification for each shipment in your order. If the second package does not arrive after a few next days, chat with us and you will be assisted right away.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, Every order includes a tracking number which will be provided via email or text once your order is fulfilled.
